Live Nation is responding to the lawsuit filed by a man who attended one of their concerts. The suit alleges that during a 2008 taping of “Making the Band,” Kevin Faraday was hit in the stomach with a microphone.
Faraday sued everyone involved, including MTV, Diddy and Live Nation. Live Nation is making it clear that they had nothing to do with the incident. In New York Supreme Court, they stated that they were not involved in the injuries suffered by Faraday at the Hammerstein Ballroom.
Faraday is alleging that during the taping, a man ran onto stage, grabbed a microphone and hit him in the stomach with it. You have to wonder if the suit would have been filed if these people didn’t happen to have millions of dollars in their pocket.
